Job Overview: The Supply Chain Associate will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficient procurement, production, and delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maintain seamless operations and meet customer demands.

Responsibilities
  • Procurement:
    • Source and procure raw materials, packaging supplies, and equipment needed for production.
    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of materials to support production schedules.
    • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    • Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation and customs clearance.
    • Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
    • Address any issues or discrepancies in deliveries, quality, or pricing.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings within the supply chain.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
